Layer: Document Z-Index
The z-index property specifies the stack order of an object. An object with greater stack order is always in front of an element with a lower stack order.

If objects exist with differing Z -Indexes, the Document Layer must be matched at or below the object which is to be handled.

Use the Refresh button regularly when altering the Document Layer or Z-Index of an object.
